The first thing to do is crochet the fabric using the crochet technique from corner to corner. Measure the size of your thermo cup or teormos for which you will be crocheting a cover.
For convenience, you can create a pattern on squared paper or on the www.stitchfiddle.com website.
In my case, the size of the C2C pattern turned out to be 22 by 17 blocks.

Place the finished crocheted fabric on a thermo cup or thermose and sew the two edges of the fabric with a needle.
The next step is to crochet a round piece. To do this, crochet chain (ch) 2, in second ch from the hook make 6 single crochet (sc) and 1 slip stitch (sl st) in the first top of sc. In next row make ch 1, 2 sc in each of next top of sc, at the end of the row make 1 sl st. In third row make ch 1, (2 sc in one top of sc, 1 sc in next stitch), then repeat this sequence to the end of the row, at the end of the row male 1 sl st. In each next row add 1 sc between adjacent sc. Crochet a round piece to the desired size.
Sew the round piece to the body of the cover.
As a result, we got such a crocheted coffee cup cozy.
