In November, you can already start preparing for the New Year holidays. If you want to make gifts with your own hands, then you need to start creating them now in order to have time to get ready for Christmas. For example, you can crochet a blanket with New Year's symbols.
A Christmas blanket can be crocheted from large squares by connecting ready-made squares to each other. To do this, you need to crochet several squares. You can make squares with the same patterns on different backgrounds. This will help create a colorful blanket.
One of the easiest ways to crochet a patterned blanket is to crochet a blanket from corner to corner. For this crochet technique, you need a square pattern.
Crochet several of these squares to create a blanket. Make sure the squares are the same size.

The written patter does not match the graph.
ReplyDeleteYes, really, I mixed up the two schemes. The text of the written instruction was from a pattern of 25 by 25 cells with a slightly different pattern, which is very similar to this pattern. Updated the pattern and written instructions. They now follow the 27 x 27 snowflake pattern.
