Spring is the perfect time to crochet something small to create a cozy home. At least a few times a week, I like to take the time to relax with a crochet, yarn and a cup of coffee. Today I prepared the C2C square, perfect for all coffee and С2С crochet lovers! It can be used as a potholder or coaster for cup of coffee! Such a C2C square with four leaf clover and coins is also suitable for decoration for St. Patrick's Day.

Finished Size of С2С Coaster for cup of Coffee: 6"×6" (with border) although yours may be slighting smaller or bigger depending on your tension.
You can add a simple SC border around finished С2С square or you can make an unusual border using colored yarn.
You can make another crochet edge. To do this, make a slip stitch and chain 3 in the corner of the cup stand.
Find the middle of the second square. Crochet in the middle of the second square 1 sl st. *Then crochet chain 3 yet. In the middle of the same second square make 2 dc, ch 3 and 1 sl st. *. Repeat it ** 2 times yet. Make ch 3 and 1 sl st in loop at the end of 3rd square.
At the end of the row, make sl st to the loop from which the beginning of the row goes. Spread the petals of each clover so that the edge of the cup stand looks neat.
Fasten the working thread on the wrong side to hide it.
